Mr. Krishan Rattan is a Founding Partner at Terra-Invest.

In his life as a banker and then a financial services entrepreneur, Krishan has raised, deployed and overseen transactions worth over USD 12 Bn. Prior to Terra-Invest, Krishan set up Mount-Row, a global alternative asset manager with over USD 1.2B in AUM across the energy and infrastructure sectors. Krishan's career has spanned a variety of capital market roles across New York and London.

He has been Managing Director and Global Head of Alternative Capital Solutions group at Société Générale. This business alone delivered in excess of USD 200 million in annual revenues to the bank. Prior to Société Générale, Krishan spent time in the emerging markets business at Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse. He started his career as a banker at Morgan Stanley.

Since 2012, Krishan has been a financial services entrepreneur in Europe and Asia. In the financial services universe, Krishan is credited to have established the very first traded index tracker in Africa and created the first emerging market inflation-linked bond.

He is credited to have pioneered the optimisation of NAV based financing for asset managers. Krishan also led the creation of index linked liability reduction cost overlays to benchmark debt issuance.

Krishan maintains close connections with his alma mater, the University of California, Berkeley and serves as a member of the steering committee for the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley. He is also a member of the Greater London chapter of the YPO and an advisor to the Indo-European Business Forum.

Krishan is also a Patron of the Loomba foundation and a Trustee of Project Anthropocene, a thought-collective of leading academic thinkers focused on human impact on climate change.

Ms. Ankiti Bose is a Founding Partner at Terra-Invest and a former McKinsey consultant, entrepreneur, investor and company builder. Her work sits at the intersection of capital, technology, healthcare, longevity, consumer platforms and emerging markets.

Ankiti began her career at McKinsey & Company, before moving into venture capital and then entrepreneurship. Over the course of her career, she has worked across technology, e-commerce, supply chains, investment platforms, healthcare, AI-led diagnostics, longevity and frontier-market opportunities.

As Founding Partner of Terra-Invest, Ankiti focuses on investment initiatives across India and the Middle East, with an emphasis on energy transition, finance, technology, trade finance and pre-IPO opportunities. Through Terra-Invest, she works closely with Mount Row Advisors on strategic investment platforms and capital-led initiatives designed to combine governance, policy insight and institutional capital with high-growth sectors. She also co-conceptualised Kairoswealth, a global wealth-management platform, alongside Mr. Krishan Rattan and Mr. Vincent Teyssier.

Ankiti is also Co-founder and Chairperson of the Terra Future Health Group, a longevity-focused, AI-powered health and consumer platform built for those seeking to live longer, healthier and better lives over the next century. The group invests in and operates across telehealth, diagnostics, precision medicine, longevity clinics, regenerative wellness, aesthetics and next-generation health optimisation. Its portfolio includes interests in leading telehealth platforms, laboratories, precision diagnostics companies and longevity clinics known for advanced protocols across AI, biosciences, aesthetics, regenerative wellness and precision-led treatments.

Under the Terra Future Health platform, Ankiti also leads the group's homecare and telehealth initiatives focused on performance, longevity, diagnostics and next-generation health optimisation.

Ankiti has previously been recognised on the Fortune 40 Under 40 and Bloomberg 50 lists, reflecting her role as one of the notable entrepreneurs and business leaders to emerge from Asia's technology ecosystem. She is also an active supporter of AI education in India through the Bharat Udyam AI Foundation.

Earlier in her career, Ankiti co-founded an e-commerce company in Asia focused on the multi-trillion-dollar fashion and supply-chain industry. Across her ventures, Ankiti's work is united by a belief that the next generation of category-defining companies will be built at the convergence of capital, governance, artificial intelligence, healthcare, consumer trust and frontier markets.

Ankiti is also a patron of an AI foundation working at the grassroots level in India to expand entrepreneurial opportunities for young Indian women. She speaks five languages, is trained in Indian classical music, and is passionate about art history, culture and cricket.

Ambassador Kirk Wagar is a Founding Partner at Terra-Invest.

Wagar served as the U.S. Ambassador to Singapore from 2013 to 2017, working with many of the over 4,000 American companies based in Singapore to navigate the issues businesses face throughout Asia as well as spearheading foreign direct investment into the United States.

He is a founder of Worldview Advisory, a global Geopolitical, Strategic Communications and Capital Advisory firm and utilizes decades of experience at the intersection of public policy and business to solve complex problems for clients from Kansas City to Lagos.

Ambassador Wagar served as President Obama's Florida Finance Chairman from January 2007 through the President's re-election 2012, as Florida Finance Chair of the Democratic National Committee in 2004 for Senator John Kerry and has been involved in Democratic politics for over thirty years. Wagar takes a special amount of pride in the fact that President Obama is the first Democratic candidate for President to win the coveted state of Florida twice since President Franklin Roosevelt.

Prior to his Ambassadorship, Wagar served on the Export-Import Bank Advisory Committee for the 2011 and 2012 terms and served on the Bank's Sub-Saharan Africa Advisory Committee in 2010. He founded Wagar Law, P.A. in 1998, a commercial litigation firm that focused on complex commercial and insurance matters. Wagar has served on the board of governors for the American Association for Justice and on the boards of directors for the Florida Justice Association as well as the Miami-Dade Justice Association.

Ambassador Wagar is currently a Distinguished Fellow of the Atlantic Council's Asia Security Initiative and a member of the Investment Committee of MUSEL, a private Real Estate Investment Trust based in Singapore and previously served numerous boards including seven years in the private education sector, culminating as a member of the Board of Directors of Gems World Academy Singapore, and XCL Education and as a Member of the Board at the East-West Center.

He is globally considered a leader in navigating businesses through the cross section of public policy and commercial goals. He has served as Senior Advisor to Binance, Tik Tok, Tesla, and some of the largest private equity, sovereign and pension funds on political risk, government affairs and community engagement across the globe.

Mr. Shailesh Haribhakti is the Mentor-In-Chief at Terra-Invest.

Mr. Shailesh Haribhakti is a five-decade career Chartered and Cost Accountant, and a Certified Internal Auditor, Financial Planner & Fraud Examiner.

He is Chairman of M/s. Shailesh Haribhakti & Associates and serves on the board of Adani Total Gas Ltd, Bajaj Electricals Ltd, Bennett Coleman and Company Ltd. (Times Group), Future Generali India Life Insurance Co Ltd, Brookprop Management Services Pvt. Ltd. (A Brookfield REIT), Gaja Trustee Company Pvt. Ltd. (Gaja Capital Group) and several others.

He serves as non-executive Chairman of IBS Fintech India Pvt Ltd, Planet People & Profit Consulting Pvt Ltd. He also serves as the Chairman – Western Region of Institute of Directors and Vice Chairman of GOvEVa Consulting.

He has been conferred with the Global Competent Boards Designation (GCB.D) by Competent Boards Inc. Canada. He has also been awarded "Vivekananda Sustainability Award 2022" by Vivekananda Youth Connect Foundation.

Mr. Haribhakti actively promotes shared value creation and a green environment through his own enterprise, and his leadership roles as Chairman of the CSR / ESG / Sustainability committees of some of the Boards that he serves on.

Mr. Okazawa is a Partner at Terra-Invest.

Mr. Kyoya Okazawa founded Brinc Japan Ltd as a subsidiary in Japan of Brinc Ltd, a venture capital and accelerator firm based in Hong Kong in June 2024. Prior to that, he co-founded Animoca Brands Japan (Animoca Brands KK) as a strategic subsidiary in Japan of Animoca Brands Ltd, a leading global web3 company based in Hong Kong and served as Chief Investment Officer until May 2023.

Oka has more than 25 years of experience in investment banks such as UBS, Credit Suisse and BNP Paribas. In BNP Paribas, he served as an Executive Committee Member of APAC Global Markets, the Head of Corporate and Institutional Sales APAC and the Head of Research APAC in Hong Kong until March 2021.

He also serves as an International Financial City Ambassador and Web3 Business Investment & Attraction Advisor in Fukuoka City, an Advisor of Asuene Inc. and an advisor of VMO Japan.

Oka holds a BA degree in Economics from Keio University.

Ms. Kreitzman is a Senior Advisor at Terra-Invest.

Linda Kreitzman is a strategic advisor and the co-chair of the Fintech and Blockchain track for Berkeley SkyDeck, UC Berkeley's premier accelerator and incubator of the University of California at Berkeley. She is also a lecturer at the Haas School of Business for the Master of Financial Engineering program, a top-ranked program in the United States, which she helped launch in 2000 and where she served as director, executive director and then assistant dean for 21 years.

Linda was the first director in the United States to develop a pre-program set of courses and curriculum in data science and artificial intelligence as early as 2012 as well as seminars on blockchain and cryptocurrencies beginning 2013. In 2017, Linda was invited by Dr. Laura Tyson, Clinton's former presidential advisor and former dean of the Haas School, to be the co-lead on the Faculty Research Review Committee on the Berkeley Blockchain Initiative where she oversaw the students' projects on blockchain and cryptocurrency till 2022.

Linda possesses extensive worldwide industry contacts in Finance, Fintech and Blockchain. She holds post graduate degrees in economics and political science. She is fluent in English, French and Spanish and is also investor, adviser, and board member to several start-ups in the United States, France, LATAM, and the Middle East.

Mr. Jai Pathak is a Senior Advisor at Terra-Invest.

Jai is one of the most pre-eminent and well recognized lawyers in Asia today with an extensive experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, dispositions, privatizations, joint ventures, licensing, infrastructure development, as well as private equity and structured finance transactions. His clients have included governments, financial institutions, investment banks, multinational companies and U.S., European, and Asian companies.

His practice has included projects in the United States, Europe, India, Southeast Asia, Latin America, Canada, Australia and China. Top legal journals across India, the US and Singapore have frequently awarded Jai with the highest honors for his excellence as a legal advisor.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Jai practiced with Jones Day since 1985, where he was a partner heading the transactional practice in Los Angeles and coordinating the M&A section for the California region. He previously served as head of that firm's India practice and partner in charge of the Singapore office. He also spent more than a decade practicing in that firm's London, New York and Cleveland offices.

Jai graduated from law school with a Bachelor of Arts in Jurisprudence (Honors) in 1984 from the University of Oxford where he also earned his Master of Arts in 1989. He received his Master of Laws from the University of Virginia in 1985. He also received his Bachelor of Arts (Honors) and Master of Arts degrees from the University of Delhi (St. Stephen's College) and Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India.

Mr. Adeeb Hussain is a Senior Investment Associate at Terra-Invest.

Having mastered in Management and Finance from University College London, Adeeb has gained expertise in Mergers and IPOs, Corporate Finance, International Capital Markets, Investment Management, and Quantitative Finance.

Adeeb attended Aldenham boarding school in North London, where he balanced academics with his passion for football and various extracurricular activities. He graduated from Newcastle University Business School with a degree in Business Management and Marketing.

During his years at university, Adeeb co-founded a platform connecting job seekers with mentors to facilitate internship placements, where he developed business plans and conducted pre-seed investment valuations and forecasts. As president of the entrepreneurship society, he organized and managed activities for over 150 students.

To further refine his skills, Adeeb undertook internships at Emirates NBD, where he engaged with accounting and valuation fundamentals, and at EY, where he delved into due diligence and strategy. His academic pursuits were further enhanced by a summer program at Harvard, focusing on private equity and capital markets through intensive case studies.

Professionally, Adeeb progressed to an Investment Analyst role at MountRow, focusing on private equity investments in various sectors. He was also a founding team member at Kairos Wealth, now a part of Terra's Financial Services portfolio.

Adeeb is a trained Indian classical musician and an ardent lover of Sufi music. He has represented Delhi at the State level as a footballer (U-16), and is passionate about horse riding and tennis.

Ms. Wan Yi Lim is a Senior Investment Associate at Terra-Invest.

Wan Yi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Singapore Management University, where she earned the prestigious Dean's List award. Her academic excellence was also recognized during her Diploma in Banking and Finance, where she received the Edusave Certificate of Academic Achievement from the Ministry of Education.

Wan Yi embarked on her career at renowned firms such as HSBC, Mapletree, Tikehau Capital, and Strand Hanson Asia. During this, she gained valuable experience in various financial domains, including financial reporting, analysis, research, and modelling. These experiences laid a strong foundation for her professional journey.

Wan Yi later joined Mount Row Partners as an Investment Analyst, where she specialized in Venture Capital and Private Equity Deals. In this role, she honed her skills in financial modelling, due diligence, and portfolio management, further broadening her expertise in the finance sector.

Beyond her professional achievements, Wan Yi is a multifaceted individual with diverse interests. She is an avid practitioner of Pilates, which she credits for enhancing her focus and discipline. She is also deeply committed to charitable work, having spent time in Vietnam volunteering to help children in need. Additionally, Wan Yi is dedicated to continuous learning and personal growth, always exploring opportunities to upskill and expand her knowledge.

Ms. Sukirti Agrawal is a corporate and commercial lawyer with international experience across India, the UAE, and the United States. She advises on cross-border investments, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance, helping businesses and investors make strategic decisions.

She has worked with the Securities and Exchange Board of India, the Supreme Court of India, and the Southern District of New York, as well as a boutique New York law firm on multi-million-dollar cross-border litigation. She has also conducted research in environmental and privacy law and is a national winner of the Securities and Investment Law Moot.

Sukirti is committed to access to justice, having founded a dispute resolution organization, contributed to legal aid clinics, and handled pro bono matters including housing cases in the U.S. and advocacy for women under the POCSO Act and domestic violence laws in India. Recognized by the United Nations Foundation, she used grant funding to develop programs combining legal and mental health support for women.

Outside law, Sukirti is a certified yoga teacher, artist, and writer. She has led community art workshops, painted murals, and authored a book of letters exploring love, self-discovery, and the human experience — reflecting her belief that creativity, empathy, and awareness are central to meaningful work and life.
